You (Applicant or Participant) – any natural person whose data is processed by Mokotoska Sp. z o.o., regardless of whether he acts as a Consumer, as a sole entrepreneur or as an employee, co-worker or member of the Company’s Management Board.

What data is processed?
We process the following data: name and surname, business name, phone number, email address, tax identification number (NIP), and other data necessary to determine Professional status in accordance with the BACKSTAGE CARD Program requirements. For what purposes is your data processed?
We process your data in order to:
• grant you a discount as part of the BACKSTAGE CARD discount program, and also for marketing purposes, particularly to contact you via email and inform you about products of the Administrator and its partners, i.e. based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR);
• direct marketing, including the newsletter. We may use, among other things, your email address – to send communication to your inbox, and your phone number – for communication via SMS (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR in connection with Article 172 of the Telecommunications Law and Article 10(2) of the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services).
Who is your data shared with?
In order to provide high-quality services and ensure optimal organization, your data may be shared with service providers supporting marketing activities (e.g., companies sending SMS and emails).
Will your data be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA)?
Your personal data is not transferred outside the EEA.
How long will your personal data be processed?
All data submitted in the Application to join the Program is processed for the time necessary to consider the Application, and after its approval, only the data required for participation in the Program is further processed, i.e. name, surname, email address, phone number, NIP number, and business name.
We process the data related to your participation in the BACKSTAGE CARD discount program for a period justified by the Program or until you resign from participation or object to data processing.
After the above-mentioned periods, your data will be deleted.
Are you required to provide your data?
Failure to provide personal data will make it impossible to participate in the discount program.
What are your rights?
You have the right to access your data, request its correction, deletion, or limitation of processing. You can also object to the processing of your data or request data portability to another data controller. If you want to exercise any of these rights – contact us by phone, email, or visit us at our office.
Consent
If your personal data is processed based on consent – you have the right to withdraw it at any time. For the newsletter, you can withdraw your consent by sending us an email to the address provided above or by unsubscribing using the link in any email received from the Administrator. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of data processing before the withdrawal.
Right to object
You also have the right to object – due to reasons related to your particular situation – to the processing of your personal data when it is based on the legitimate interest clause (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or public interest (Art. 6(1)(e) GDPR). In such case, we will no longer process your data for that purpose, unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
If personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes, you may object to such processing at any time. Once we receive your objection, we will no longer process your data for direct marketing purposes.
